@richhowell I'm strictly tracking only the activities that matter most or that I am curious about: work, family, and "personal" time (journaling, reading, exercise, etc). Within the work category I track against different types of work, i.e. "admin", "website", "actual leather working" etc so that I can eventually see trends that could be delegated to others and so on. On the family end this is just a timer, not tracking specifics of any kind, just when we are together, this helps me to see that while I do work a lot my family is not pushed to the side at all, I'm actually doing a good job at making sure they are prioritized.
