😮‍💨 Bit of a strange weekend. Had a low back flair up start on Friday, became worse all day and peaked Saturday. Believe it has been dealt with through stretching, Thera gun, ice, heat, etc., dealing with bruising now. Anyways. Prepping for the odd work week ahead. Will be out of town for 3 days.
