I’ve all but stopped wearing my Apple Watch, only putting it on when walking/hiking/biking/etc. Have enjoyed wearing a non-smart watch the rest of the time. I’ve also been deleting a lot of apps from my phone, using it less and less each day. Have had better clarity as a result, based on both changes, and am inevitably more efficient when I sit down at my computer to do the stuff I was doing otherwise on a smaller device. Much more focused when I sit down at my desk. Worthwhile changes.
