Just found out that my ITIL instructor passed away on Tuesday. He was only 43. He did all of my ITIL training and helped me work up to receiving my ITIL expert certification. In addition to that he also opened up the coffee shop I use as an office when in the city. He was an incredibly hard worker, excellent teacher, and an always thinking and moving businessman. He was also never short of a good joke. Hard to believe that he is no longer with us. He will be missed!
