Coffee Chat with Aaron — Daily Gratitude
Good morning, and Happy Thanksgiving to those of you here in the States.
I want to attempt a daily post here, something that is quick for me to write and just as quick for you to read. I think I want to call it Coffee Chat with Aaron. I’ll write it on my phone while drinking my first cup of coffee in the morning. Topics will vary, but will stem from the place of a better life and business. It will be something that is on my mind first thing in the morning.
So, as you might expect, with today being Thanksgiving, I am spending some time this morning thinking of things that I am thankful for. Today is certainly an appropriate day for doing so.
But it is not the only day. In my bullet journal, before listing out things I want to do each day, I have three lines designated for three things I am grateful for. It is a daily grateful log. Some days it is easy to find three things to write about, but other days it is hard. The idea is to always take time to reflect on what you are thankful for.
If you don’t do this already, I recommend that you add this small routine to your day (as early in the day as possible). Think about and write down three things you are thankful for.
