Ah All right, what is up and welcome to Tuesday, October 10th, how is it Tuesday, October 10th, I Have no idea today has been absolutely insane Excuse me Just I Don’t even know how I want to explain it.

Nobody cares except me how the day has just been wild, but it’s been wild unpredictable Not going according to plan whatsoever But I guess at least I had a plan Just in case I could go according to plan, but the the day had had many other things in store That were not planned for So I haven’t just been dealing with Many different things seemingly all at once all at the same time.

That’s how my brain feels So feeling a bit hectic at the moment, but I did get to write today not until this afternoon And so I did, you know Have the mental capacity to come up with a gratitude log But man pretty wild otherwise So we’ll just go through it here Instead of dwelling on the insane day, so With the day being so insane number one on my grateful log for today was getting an early start So just you know, I got up Early because I got to bed early or So I was showered and ready to go Earlier So I was showered and ready to go earlier Today than another day than yesterday for sure which is good because The morning was just unexpected and had to hectic Had to run out for a meeting.

That was just a few wires were crossed as far as when it was supposed to happen Thankfully, I was all ready to go so getting up early was Massively important because it didn’t really impact anything with how hectic and chaotic things were this morning Related to getting up early and showering early.

I’m thankful that I had a backup showerhead I Should have known when the hose for the previous showerhead exploded When I turned the shower on that today was going to be interesting So yeah, I went to you know Turn the water on Switch it over to you know, push it up to the showerhead itself and I had one of those shower heads that’s connected to a hose so that you can easily clean the shower and That exploded this morning right away.

Just first thing.

So that was fun.

Thankfully I Had the original showerhead.

I kept that And so I was able to just you know, put that in place and Not much impact to my day, but certainly glad that I had had that showerhead The final item on the list today is I’m thankful that today is today and that today is not yesterday Even though today is crazy today is very hectic.

Today is not at all an ideal day for me It’s not yesterday yesterday was a Guess it was a Monday.

It was a tougher Monday for me.

I have I have good days and bad days I think as soon right as we all do and yesterday was definitely a Bad day Hits some pretty I don’t and it’s all just it’s unpredictable is what’s not unpredictable.

I Know what causes the the bad days and so I try to work on you know Once I identify that thing that puts me down into that low spot Identify or you know based on what that is, how can I address it?

in the moment if possible so that I don’t continue going down down down deep into the strangeness of the mind So I’m thankful that today is not a repeat of Yesterday in that regard so Yeah, just a weird day today is so weird In fact that you know, even though I already had coffee and I very rarely anymore have afternoon coffee.

I Just finished making a second French press because it just seems like I’m gonna need that to continue on with Whatever else might come up today, so we’ll keep it there.
