Train I made for my nephew. He’ll open it on Christmas Day.

Train I made for my nephew. He’ll open it on Christmas Day.

I use paper notebooks and the day one app for journaling. Something I appreciate, but also dislike sometimes, with day one in particular is when it refreshes my memory of the past.
Adze. Excited to put it to use!

A change is needed.
Tonight’s wine: Scott Peterson Rumpus Syrah 2019. So far so good!

Spooky

Getting the hang of this, sorta. Need to get better at starting and finishing (the ends) 🧶

Guess I should call it a night.

iPhone day…🤪
Finished watching season one The Wire. Thoroughly enjoyed every episode. Will continue onto season two.
Reluctantly for sure, but she does wear the scarf I made her.

I say do over, please.
On that note: I am dreading Wednesday. Another glass of wine and episode of The Wire to keep it at bay for a while longer…
Elderly seems to be defined by old age, and what is that but a number? Old age, old soul. I am “young” but have an “old” body with aches, pains, and stiffness that I suspect is not the norm for most at this stage in life. So what makes someone or something “old”?
One tool tote is finishing (24 hours between coats)…

Which means I can get started on the next one.

Foggy.

I have always believed that one cannot force art or creativity…it just needs to happen…it needs to be allowed to happen.
Personal bind of sorts is in the forecast for this week, but so are some good things, like finishing a few wood working projects and the delivery of my next iPhone on Friday.
First knitting project complete 🧶 not sure if she’s a fan of it though 😂

Inflate the balloon. Let it go. Watch it pop.
Watching The Wire.
