Small leather pouch that is part of a larger collection of leather goods I’m working on. Using this one to hold a few of my fountain pens.

Not intentional, which I like, but have been using my iPad Air a lot recently. I think part of it may be from the “lifestyle” pattern I’ve landed on, which is moving every 3 years or so. More to write on this, but I think my subconscious is now in a mode of: keep things light.

Mozzie and I just returned from a full day at the 160th Battle of Gettysburg Anniversary Event in Gettysburg PA. This was our first Civil War reenactment event and enjoyed every minute of it!

Time now for a cigar :-)

Quick leather iPad sleeve.

• The sun is shining!!!
• Skipping church - opting instead for a different morning consisting of writing, a slow breakfast, and a bike ride before heading off to a birthday party.
• Made a quick leather pouch for my iPad yesterday.
• Watching Mozzie mix leather paint to get to the shade of blue he had in mind for his new leather bracelet.

Had a great ride this morning, decided to venture off of the pavement :-)

• Break in the rain this morning, will sneak out for a bike ride.
• Went out to eat last night, which has been rare as of late, and sat inside (instead of doing the new normal of takeout). The change of scenery was very nice.
• That weekend feeling.

Shipping two of these out to Cali. Chocolate dye turned out great.

• Very productive morning so far: market run, grocery store for stragglers, tanning, bit of a clean up in the kitchen, writing now.
• Fun time with Mozzie last night at the church nerf battle.
• A day to be mostly focused.

• Bike ride around the neighborhood with Mozzie after dinner yesterday
• Overcast weather today, rain likely, which will make the next sunny day even better

• Mozzie dropped off to his first day of theater camp (his third year!)
• Goals and such for the next few years coming into focus…have been slightly blurry for a while so the clarity is a relief
