• Two 1.5 mile walks and one 7.75 mile bike ride get me 600 points in my apple fitness competition with Mozzie. I will win this round!

• Went to bed last night when I was tired.
• Which means I was able to get up and moving a bit earlier than usual.
• My day yesterday…I worked on stuff I had been putting off, stuff that moves the needle on a goal I hope to accomplish in the next few months.

• I get to start each day writing. During the Summer months this is usually in full-sun. I wear flip-flops, swim shorts, and a partially unbuttoned linen shirt 🤙
• “No” has come back into my vocabulary.
• I’m caring less and less what others may or may not think about me.

My knowledge management solution has gone through many iterations over the past 10+ years. I’ve gone from Evernote back in the day to various notes apps and DevonThink. I’m not keen on repeating what I’ve used in the past as they never felt exactly right. Any recommendations?

• Between a routine with the non-medicine medicine we picked up yesterday and herbal tea, I think we have Mozzie’s cough managed and on the way out.

After three years of feeling rather lost and confused about my past and uncertain about my future, I have lately had the feeling of returning…like I was gone for a while, even longer than the last three years. It is a strange feeling, but one that I am happy about.
