😮💨 Bit of a strange weekend. Had a low back flair up start on Friday, became worse all day and peaked Saturday. Believe it has been dealt with through stretching, Thera gun, ice, heat, etc., dealing with bruising now. Anyways. Prepping for the odd work week ahead. Will be out of town for 3 days.

Finished the calfskin wallet (a standard in my portfolio called The Armando). Hand dyed in chocolate. Hand stitched. As I was making it I had the thought that this would pair well as a set with The Galileo passport case!

Got the walkthrough video recorded for the Galileo passport case. Website in progress. Logo by @ningkantida coming along really well. All primary photos taken. Need to get some “lifestyle” shots. This one escalated quickly but I’m very happy with how everything has come together!

second look: the Galileo passport case
I have been using the Galileo passport case since making it (which has only been a week now, I think), just so I can use it day to day, feel what it feels like to do so, etc. In addition to working as designed, which is to carry a passport and other travel related documents, it also makes for a great wallet, albeit on the larger side. That it can carry a pocket size notebook (i.e. a field notes notebook, of course) is a very nice added bonus.
