Beginning in February I absolutely need to bring on a part-time person to help with admin tasks, at least start with outlining what that role looks like, etc.

🏠 Planning to move in a few months, not buying for several reasons, most important being that I'm still figuring out exactly how I want to embark on that portion of life again. So, more renting. Either way, it will be nice to find a place that is a bit more "home like".

I have recently been desiring more of a personal life, where work is not such a significant majority of my waking hours. A “balance” I have on my list of goals to accomplish this year, starting with having an actual quitting time (most days) and sticking to it.
🧠 It never ceases to amaze me at how much self-confidence/esteem can fluctuate. Some mornings I wake up feeling sure of everything, by the evening deflated. Can't quite figure out the "trick" to managing this lately.

Not something I do very often, but 🙂 I just made a fresh batch of tan leather pen cases (good for fitting two fountain pens). Orders today will ship tomorrow!
