The handles cut into the ends of each leather bin are marked and cut by hand. I could have a die made to cut these out on my clicker press, and probably will in the future, but for now by hand it is :-)

Once I move I’d like to add more physical media [back] into my life (records, photo albums, CDs, DVDs, etc). When it comes to a blue ray player (or equivalent), what should I be looking for? I jumped from DVD to streaming way back when, skipping Blue Ray completely.

Prototype 1c - suede cigar case. A success! I’ll use this one as my case. The final version for my client will be a lovely gray suede with black accents and his company logo hand painted and stitched into the top.
35 total panels marked and cut and ready to be dyed. Will be transformed into 7 12x12x12 leather bins over the course of the next few days.
So far pretty happy with this.
Bought a pair of scissors a while ago to use for this suede and now can’t find them…not many places for them to hide…

🛍️ Going with the flow this morning. Ran out of material that I thought I had on hand, and so will be running out to stock up again. And while out might as well combine with other errands. Looking forward to getting to my workbench this afternoon!
