🌅 I’ve got quality of life issues that I need to address sooner than later with my work. I now have separation between personal and work spaces, which is huge, and next I need to work on delegating (I.e. some sort of hiring). Too much work, which is a good thing, but there is more to life than this.

🍽️ Long work night ahead of me. Early start planned for tomorrow. Leaving for an event in Pittsburgh tomorrow around 4:30pm or so and need to cram in as much time at my bench as possible. Going to be responsible in 3 minutes and take a break for making, and then having, dinner.

⌨️ Looking forward to things settling into the new normal soon. Moving is always very jolting, and there are so many positives to this last move, but my writing routine has definitely suffered. Eager to get back to it soon!

🥺 Had to cut out from Mozzie and Lindsay before Mozzie went to bed tonight. Out of the norm. Have to work as much as possible tonight while also getting a good night of rest. Miss him.

Getting ready to ship ahead for an event.
A better shot of the finished hand-painted leather coaster with my client’s logo. I’m happy with how it turned out, and so are they! Actual painted logo will be on a custom cigar cases I’m making for them, this was just to get the hang of things.
Another beauty. Limited run of 4 cases using this leather.
Started working immediately after my morning walk earlier this morning. Another late work night last night, 2am, so slept in until 8:30. Outside on the deck now while I can enjoy some of the sun. Emails, whittling more matches, cigar. Back down to the shop later this evening.
First order made and shipped from the new shop.

Getting my leather sewing machine put back together in the new shop. Still a major chaotic mess in here but things are coming along without issue so far.
Have lost all useful light for the finishing touches, but working on some hand-painted-very-custom leather coasters this evening.
