☁️ Cloudy all day today, maybe some rain later. All good, plenty to work on today!

😴 Time for sleep!

Will be wrapping up the initial set of items using this beautiful printed veg-tan sheepskin leather tomorrow. Really happy how everything is turning out so far. Pictured is a set of stitched coasters.

Another pretty spectacular leather dye job (and leather cigar case), if I may say so.

Mozzie’s idea in the real world, quite swanky! Showed him and his response was:

Yes! I did it! I’m his official design manager! Tell him he owes me $5 every time that design sells.

Can comfortably carry 2-3 field notes size notebooks and a fountain pen.

1. The rain has stopped, the sun is shining!
2. Listening to The Phantom of the Opera last night while washing dishes.
3. Mozzie iterated on two of the items I made yesterday - “Dad, you should make this!” And so today I shall!

Clouds rolled in but no rain (yet). Felt great to get out for a walk!

1. 4.5 hours of uninterrupted work yesterday. Entering DEEP focus.
2. Sitting in silence.
3. Whatever bug Mozzie caught remained at surface level, being proactive we were able to keep it from fully settling in.

I am grateful for the silence, for the chair I sit in during this silence, for the ability to sit for as long as it takes. I am grateful for being comfortable in the momentary unknown, in the time of waiting.

😕 Feeling slightly out of touch.

😊 Satisfied with the day and what I was able to accomplish!

Finished assembly of this leather bin. Next I need to build a box big enough to ship it in. First though, need to make more coffee.

☔ Rain will be falling for the next few days. April showers bring May flowers. Makes for very focused work since I won't be distracted by sunshine and wanting to be outside!
