full transparency: I forgot I had my omg.lol status linked to micro.blog. Not mad about it. I am slowly coming out of my hibernation. since I went quiet in October 2024: full reconciliation with my ex-wife, remarried in December ‘25. Will reply to replies in the morning. ❤️

🙏 Think I may have found a nice home for my gratitude log (that I hope to bring back). I, of course, need to add yet another place where I publish (because I love trying out new places to write and publish), and so this will reside there.

🌨️ The falling snow is melting as it hits the ground. So thankful for this!

🪙 2025 taxes filed.

📝 Filing 2025 taxes here in a moment, but first I'm going to write for a few minutes. Really want to start blogging more and I'm pretty sure journaling is going to be critical to getting me back to that point. Getting the words out is a muscle, and it hasn't been used in a very long time.

💭 There's a lot behind this, but I've been waking up to roll over for a while now. And recently an origins-unknown shoulder "injury" wakes me up with each movement of my arm. On this particular morning I gave up trying to get back to sleep at 4:30. Work projects taking up a lot of space in my mind, apparently, that's what I thought about immediately. And so I think I'll do something I haven't done since October of 2024: journal.
